The Role:
Responsible for the implementation and management of the HR function in the UK and directing Human Resources function at the Northern Central Europe locations.

The HR Manager will be solely responsible for all HR related activities in the UK covering 4 UK sites. There will be a need to travel and occasionally at short notice. At the moment we suspect 25% of the time, but it could be more.

We need a broad HR generalist who is self-sufficient and able to work autonomously. Experience working in Europe is a huge advantage or there must be a desire to learn (legal support is available in Germany and Belgium, there is HR in France and Finland).
