The Role:
To assist in the certification to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 of all facilities. Assist in strategy management for company Continuous Improvement Programme. Record data required to prove product and business performance. Assist in providing safe working environments for all employees.

Responsibility & Authority
* Maintain certification to ISO 9001, 14001 and 15001 of all facilities.
* Assist Management Teams in the implementation and maintenance of the Management Systems.
* Record data required to prove product and business performance.
* Maintain QHS&E KPIs
* Facilitate Management Review Meetings
* Support senior management team in the creation of Objectives
* Assist in providing safe working environments for all employees.
* Review and update management system procedures and forms.
* Investigation of supplier, product and process non-conformances across the product range and documentation of a quality investigation report.
* Investigate Non-Conformances which includes incidents/accidents/Near misses and ensure corrective actions are followed up to confirm they are closed out.
* Conduct internal audits and supplier audits as per the audit schedule
* Prepare for and participate in client and certification audits
* Provide operational support to Managers as and when required including creation of QHSE project plans.
* Provide support to the Business Development teams in the completion of prequalification questionnaires including maintaining the ISNetword database
* Review QHSE requirements for all contracts/ MSAs and provide advice to Senior Management on client requirements
* Maintain the database of approved suppliers including verification of certification and completing audits as required.
* Attend and support project HIRA/HAZID meetings
* Complete reports for Managing Director including Board reports QHSE reports and Group HS&E reports
* Develop safety culture with support of offshore teams and Management Teams
* Develop and deliver training as required
* Process project paperwork including Equipment incident reports, customer satisfaction reports, observation cards and working hours
* Summarise and evaluate compliance to health and safety legislation.
* Maintain register and information on hazardous substances (COSHH).
* Conduct site and operational risk assessments.
* To ensure compliance with defined QHSE management system policies/procedures and identify any areas for improvement.
Any other reasonably delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.

Key Competencies, Skills and Experience
* Thorough understanding of management systems to the guiding standards (BS EN ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018)
* Minimum Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015
* Excellent analytical skills including knowledge of MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Personal communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of an organisation.
* Ability to work on your own and to specified timescales and project plans.

Training/Certification
* Minimum NEBOSH Certificate - preferable Diploma in Health and Safety
* Minimum Tech IOSH, preferable Grad IOSH or working towards.
* Internal Auditor ISO9001: 2008
* Risk Assessment Training
