The Role:
Description:


In conjunction with the Reporting Delivery Administrator, ensure that Asset and Functional HSE and Technical performance data is collated accurately and delivered in a timely manner as required to support the business.
Provide team assistance to the wider HSE & Technical Function as required.
Accountabilities:

*Provide myHSES administration support and advice to Spirit Energy users and act as key point of contact for other administrators and HSES team.
*Ensure timely collation, accuracy, and delivery of asset and Spirit Energy wide HSE and Technical performance data s as required by the business; help to identify improvement areas/ lessons learnt.
*Provide ad hoc reporting support for HSE & Technical team and HSE Asset teams, if required.
*Coordinate publication of HSE comms initiatives.
*Provide SAP support and ad hoc admin support to members of HSE & Technical team, including preparation and delivery of meetings/ events.


Competencies:

*Familiar with current basic HSE legislation relating to the oil and gas industry
*Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
*Experience in HSE and/or technical performance reporting and HSE management systems
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*Flexible and willing to undertake additional duties when required


Education:

*Diploma or Certificate (e.g. NEBOSH) desirable


Work experience:

*Experience in either HSE or an operational/technical discipline
*Minimum 3 years' experience in the Energy sector
