The Role:
General Summary of Job Responsibilities

My client is looking to recruit for a Customer Support Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring that customer property is generated and handled in a timely and efficient manner.


SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
This includes but is not limited to:
* Generating and distributing GRN's and assigning ACP numbers for all returned customer property
* Generating and coordinating sales orders relating to customer owned equipment that has been returned for strip down, inspection, disposition and the generation of a full refurbishment quotation
* Ensuring that the full rework scope, including realistic lead times, are properly quoted to the customer via A22 draft sales order and all correspondence pertinent to customer orders are maintained by way of a file on each open repair sales order
* Ensuring the correct information is on the Draft Sales Orders prior to release
* Ensuring that customer purchase orders are received in a timely manner before work commences
* Maintaining ongoing progress reporting to each customer relative to specific orders including intercompany 3rd party repair orders and repair and return of intercompany tools or equipment
* On completion of repair orders, contact customers and obtain shipping instructions. Raising appropriate shipping document on Epicor and liaising with the shipping group in regards to preparing the goods for collection
* Raising an invoice instruction immediately upon receipt of the signed pack slip and updating customer property invoice log with all details. Sending the invoice instruction to the Aftermarket Operations Managers for review prior to sending to Sales Administration Manager
* Obtaining a copy of the invoice, retain in the customer file and follow up to confirm evidence of payment and close file
* Expediting open customer property repair orders in accordance with quoted lead times to ensure they are achieved (Project Management)
* Liaising with other departments with regard to pertinent day to day operations and orders in hand to ensure all Aftermarket customer property repair and intercompany repair ordered progress as per customers required dates
* Attending customer meetings as required
* Maintaining an accurate inventory of customer owned tubulars which are stored offsite. Ensuring all tubulars are maintained in accordance with customer specific sales order and contractual requirements
* Acquiring and developing product, Company and industry knowledge by self-tuition and attending identified training courses
* Ensuring all customer enquires are actioned as per Integrated Service Coordinators requests
* Assisting with enquiry review / quote / bid preparation and contract review
* Reviewing customer storage


Qualifications / Training
* HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
* Full UK Driving License


Desirable Experience
* Experience within a similar role
* Knowledge of subsea and / or surface drilling and completion systems
