The Role:
The Data Administrator will be working a part of a strong customer service team providing key customer service and claim support.

This contract position will be based in Moorebank working 8 hour days on an initial 6 month contract

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Process Warranty claims for Solar Inverters
  • Determine the best course of action for claims that are straight forward
  • Escalate complex claims
  • Receive customer complaints and respond accordingly
  • Work with the technical support engineers and repair centre to develop new processes for best practice

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • Exposure to claim support
  • SAP experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
