The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administration Assistant to join a high performing engineering team and provide team support.

This versatile and busy role will assist with invoicing, creating reports and using SAP.

The position will be based in Moorebank on an on-going contract with a potential for long term.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Data Entry - ensure documents are accurately entered in the system
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers
  • Prepare requested documents and contracts

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry
  • Holds a business/Administration tertiary qualification
  • Basic SAP would be ideal
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Strong communication skills
