The Role:
With innovation occurring at our client's Notting Hill office, they are seeking to hire an accountable and resilient Service Administrator to join their growing team. You will be reporting to the EPMV Service Coordinator in assisting the team with Scheduling, Invoicing and Managing orders on an on-going fixed term contract. On top of being able to hit the ground running your diversified system adaptability will enable you to enter information and maintain the company's two systems. In exhcnage you will be provided with various opportunities and potential permanency for the right person.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Booking, managing and completing orders.
  • Prepare technical contract and service documentation.
  • Provide contractural requirement assistance to technicans and field service specialists.
  • Prepare technical purchasing documentation.
  • Invoicing and Billing.
  • Scheduling and entering timesheets.
  • Completing general accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Being the focal point in dealing with customer enquiries and contractor payments.

In order to flourish in this position and add value, you will ideally have the following experience in:

  • Essential experience in SAP.
  • Atleast 1 -2 years Contracts administration experience.
  • COnstruction industry experience with supply management knowledge.
  • CRM module experience.
  • Proven ability with excel.
  • Background in accounts receivable/payable.
