The Company:
Our client is a reputable EPC with a global presence with over 90 years of experience, providing engineering services through each phase of the project lifecycle.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an Administrative professional with key project and training administration experience, for a short term 2-3 month contract as a Training and On boarding Administrator. The ideal candidate will be available ASAP and be familiar with the ebbs and flow of the project cycle and be no stranger to dealing with high pressured situations. This is an excellent opportunity with potential extension to be a part of a market leading project.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing administration support to the Training Manager
  • Ensure systems and personnel information are aligned
  • Organising and booking training
  • Running compliance reports and creating spread sheets
  • Organising offshore mobilisation and PPE requests
  • Booking and setting up meetings and catering
  • Creating supervisor packs

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous Training Administration experience essential
  • Previous experience within Oil and Gas/Resources industry in a project environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of administration
  • Must be available ASAP
