The Role:
Our client is looking for an E&I Project Engineer to commence in their Perth Office initially and then mobilise to site early-mid next year.

The successful applicant will have EPCM Management experience managing E&I Packages worth $50m - $100m, with the ability to demonstrate a focus on HSSE, schedule management, cost analysis and forecasting, commercial & risk management, technical and quality compliance. Report writing as well as the ability to present to Senior Management regarding the status of your package will be essential. The ability to work collaboratively with the successful contractor/s and achieve best for project outcomes is essential.

Position Specifics and Deliverables:
* Provide leadership and direction across the E&I package to fulfil contractual commitments and to satisfy the client and company requirements
* Control and coordinate communications with client, project team and other stakeholders to ensure the package is executed in accordance with overall objectives and commitments
* Manage the commercial aspects of the E&I package and ensure compliance with client and Wood commercial requirements
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities
* Provide effective management and control of suppliers and subcontractors across the E&I package

Their Australian is are undergoing an exciting growth phase which will see the business grow organically by 50% year on year, over the next 5 years.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications with extensive experience as a Project Engineer
* Substantial experience as within E&I at a lead/management level
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the delivery of all aspects of multi-discipline projects
* Proven leadership skills in site and project office-based scenarios
* A high level of problem solving abilities
* High level of numeracy / cost forecasting skills / financial understanding skills
* Good Interpersonal and relationship skills across broad personnel demographics
* Broad commercial knowledge of the industry sector
