The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Analyst to participate in providing project scheduling, costing, analysis, reporting and liaison services to support the asset creation process providing new engineering assets.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Project analysis and support
- Develop project and contract Work Breakdown Structures
- Coordinate and evaluate progress information on project and contract activities
- Identify and maintain reporting elements and inter-contract links for contracts to ensure effective coordination of multi-disciplined projects
- Liaise with and coordinate information form stakeholders and project team members on scheduling targets against project plan
- Participate in reviews and recommend improvements to Project Management work methods, procedures, templates and systems

Our Client is a leading Government owned utilities company with assets across Western Australia. Their main objective is to provide sustainable management across various services.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualification in engineering, project management or relevant discipline and considerable experience in and sound knowledge of providing engineering project analytical services, demonstrated as experience in and knowledge of:
- Large multi-disciplinary engineering asset creation projects
- Project and resource scheduling
- Project analysis, control and support
- Project reporting
- Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills
- Sound interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Certification as a "Project Management Professional" by the Project Management Institute, USA, or similar project management qualification
- Sound knowledge of the Water Corporation's engineering asset creation and capital investment planning processes
- Relevant experience in Contract Administration and Cost Management
