The Role:
We are looking for Change lead to join our client's team for an immediate start on a six month contract to start with, possibility of extension. Reporting to the project Change Manager in this role you will be responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful project execution. Also responsible for the change delivery of the asset data model stream within the Work Management project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent delivery and approach of change and project implementation in alignment with project governance requirements and artefacts
  • Work collaboratively across the project and with the broader business to keep abreast of project / stream delivery roadmap
  • Manage and implement change activities, including developing and executing engagement and communication plans and collateral
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis, conduct change analysis and impact assessments
  • Identify and manage issues and risks relating to change delivery and stakeholders

Our Client is a leading Government owned utilities company with assets across Western Australia. Their main objective is to provide sustainable management across various services.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Considerable experience with leading the implementation and embedding of change in a large commercial organisation
  • Solid track record in the development and delivery of engagement and communication collateral
  • Substantial experience and demonstrated achievements in applying process, business improvement and change management principles
  • Demonstrable experience and capability in business-related project management
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex issues
  • Demonstrable experience working with a regional / remote / operational workforce, including field-based operators

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of work and asset management processes, tools and terminology, and asset data models
  • Experience working on system implementation projects
  • Change management experience in an Agile project environment
