The Role:
Manage and administer the project controls team. Develop the project controls capability. Create and maintain the master schedule for the group, cost control and performance management.

- Manage, define, and continuously improve project controls.
- Manage the development through on going reviews and monitor the overall portfolio, ensuring that senior management have visibility of any conflicts
- Manage and maintain governance arrangements for delivery of Technology program of Work
- Develop and mange the effective delivery of portfolio reporting, including analysis and onward business engagement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements within the team
- Collaborate and support the delivery teams
- Lead analysis and maintenance of inter-project dependencies
- Participate in the development of strategic plans
- Provide engaging and motivating leadership
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage cost schedule analysis

The Company:
Our Client is a leading Government owned utilities company with assets across Western Australia. Their main objective is to provide sustainable management across various services.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in business, technology or relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in managing Project controls office ideally IT/OT
- Considerable leadership skills in management
- Certification and experience/understanding of ISO/IEC 38500, Prince2, PMBOK
- Experience leading project controls and governance for digital transformation program of work
