The Role:
Responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the ProCon Contract Management system utilized for the Subsea Equipment Vendor (SEV) Contract for post award contract management.
Key focus areas include the following:
- Act as the system "super user" for overall SEV contract management and administration in ProCon
- Manage and monitor changes requests in ProCon (RWE, CWE, AWE and Change Orders) for the SEV contract


Responsible for assuring procurement activities in support of the Subsea Equipment Vendor (SEV) Contract for post award contract management. Key focus areas include the following:
- Interfaces with Technical teams to ensure technical and quality compliance
- Interfaces with SEV contractor to assure all procurement activities

Monitors SEV related correspondence in project Document Management System (eB) including the following:
- Reviewing SEV contract correspondence and directing to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert for review and action.
- Tracking the status of SEV contract correspondence and following up with the actionee.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or minimum of 5 years relevant experience equivalent.
- CMS or Procon experience is essential. Proficient in MS Office Suites, Ariba, JDE, Fieldglass.
- Demonstrated capability of learning in new and changing environment
- An ability to think proactively and act with urgency;
- Demonstrated experience with a broad range of internal and external communications activities;
- Excellent prioritisation skills because it requires working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; The ability to proactively support continuous improvement measures to deliver clear efficiencies and cost benefits
