The Role:
Interface Coordination
* Coordinate external interfaces for Structure Installation Contract (SIC) and Pipelines Installation contact (PIC) with Subsea Equipment Vendor and Drilling contractors
* Works with Construction Manager and Structure Installation and Pipelines Installation contract package leads
* Responsible for review of Contractors interface reports, action lists etc. to identify new interfaces and monitor delivery of data in accordance with agreed interface agreements
* Establish working relationships with contractors
* Coordinate interface regular meetings and specific technical workshops to assist with alignment of technical interfaces
* Elevate non performing interfaces to management
* Coordinates OIC internal interfaces within project team.

Project Assurance, Risk, PMOC
* Responsible for coordination of SIC and PIC risk meetings, assessments with contractors and data input to risk management system RIMS
* Coordination and delivery of selected planned SIC and PIC Assurance activities.
* Coordinate SIC and PIC MOCs on behalf of Construction Manager and AIR Manager

Operational Excellence (OE)
Participate and support HES initiatives by:
* Understanding and implementing the ABU's vision of an Incident & Injury Free culture.
* Ensuring that workplaces are safe and duties are carried out in a safe manner.
* Actively promoting, identifying, and reporting workplace hazards & completing Hazard / Near Miss Reports

Candidate requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Requires an engineering background with degree. Demonstrated experience of working with Construction, Engineering and Project Support teams resolving complex technical and schedule delivery issues. Extensive engineering experience including familiarity with subsea equipment installation required. Min 10 years suitable experience.
* Demonstrated experience working with Contractors managing technical interfaces. Requires high level of communication and influencing skills. The ability to communicate at various levels within the project team and Contractors is critical for success in this role.
