The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Coordinator on a 12 month residential contract in Batam.

The position will provide assurance over the delivery of company provided materials assigned to the project. This includes materials procured by pipe and coating, offshore installation and umbilical contractors as well as tooling and surplus equipment designated for use on this project internally. You will also provide assurance over the provision of materials, logistics plans and performance against contract deliverables for contractor activities in Batam. This includes monitoring the progress of scope through to the delivery of materials to the offshore installation contractors (pipelay and subsea).

Kkey responsibilities include:
* Undertake assurance activities against scopes of work to ensure contractors will meet their delivery targets for materials
* Create records and move materials within the materials management system
* Ensure records are accurate and upload documents to meet requirements
* Develop Company procedures for the management of materials and any logistics activities
* Liaise with suppliers for the arrangement of logistics services
* Interface with Quality and Technical teams to ensure technical and quality compliance
* Coordinate logistics activities to ensure compliance to domestic and international transportation regulations
* Assist in establishing performance criteria and metrics to evaluate logistics service providers
* Maintain current working knowledge of customs regulations and import formalities into and out of Indonesia
* Coordinate receipt, quantity survey, non-damage confirmation, and traceability of company materials at all stages of handling
* Ensure that all assets are properly received, inventoried, stored, maintained and accounted for throughout the fabrication process

Key requirements include:
* Undergraduate Degree and Logistics Qualifications preferred
* 5+ Years actual Oil & Gas Major Capital Project Experience
* Logistics coordination and materials management experience, experience acting as Company representative, remote working experience, warehousing and quality experience an advantage
* Good communicator at all levels, strong organisational capability, team player, computer literate with Microsoft suite of products
