The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator for a contract position on Barrow Island on a 14/14 roster.

This position will support management of facility and operations changes during operations by:
* Advising management on Organisational Capability for effective execution of MOC for Facilities & Operations (MOC-F&O) process during Operations
* Liaising with Asset leadership team to assess proposed change list for ranking and assessing changes
* Ensuring that source and business case are clear for proper approval or rejection.
* Highlighting areas of improvements in execution and performance of change management, including completion of MOC quality reviews
* Preparing monthly reports to asset and facilities engineering team on the status of MOC's
* Providing detailed training, coaching and mentoring in the use of the Upstream MOC process and the MOC IMPACT tool.
* Facilitating risk studies and support development of mitigations
* Providing review of risk mitigations proposed by Operations teams

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Engineering qualification.
* Good understanding of process safety and risk management, including a general understanding of process hazards, equipment and safeguards commonly experienced in upstream operations and the use of functional reviews and risk assessment techniques.
* Demonstrated experience with the design and operation of Oil and Gas Upstream Production Facilities.
* Demonstrated experience with managing changes to facilities related to Upstream MOC process, and MOC IMPACT tool.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across various workgroups, locations & effectively resolve issues of conflict.
* Proven aptitude to organise, prioritise & deliver enterprise driven processes.
