The Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking to speak with all rounder administrators in assisting the Operations team. As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Schedule Operation meeting and provide requested material, as well as meeting minutes.
  • Support and coordinate events inclusive of organising catering.
  • Document management assistance.
  • Filing documents and archiving in accordance to Company standards.

Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ariba, Enable and SharePoint
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ideal Oil and Gas project experience
  • Available to start on the 24th of July 2017
