Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A site opportunity based in Onslow has arisen for an Administrator with risk experience as a Technical Assistant within an international market leading Oil and GAs operator, offering a work life balance with a 28x28 roster. This is an opportunity to work alongside the Technical Services Manager with ad hoc administration tasks but as well as maintain and support Assurance Interface and Risk databases.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining and supporting Assurance Interface and Risk databases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes.
  • Develop monthly agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • Identify and prepare presentations.
  • Facilitate risk identification sessions with technical teams.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ideally previous site experience in Onslow.
  • Essential Site Administration with Risk experience.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management system.
