The Role:
* Management of all technical support activities necessary to perform routine inspections, major overhaul inspections and modifications on the LNG plant and subsea network
* Guarantee the compliance of the integrity of LNG assets with applicable codes and regulations
* To adhere to HSE and other policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures
* To work safely without any LTI with contribution towards continual improvement
* To attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site
* To provide support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives
* To develop all the Inspection system for LNG from the Project phase to the Operation phase (RBI/Fame +, SAP, systems, inspection plans for vessels, lines and PSVs)
* To support recruitment and training of Inspection team
* To perform base of line Inspection of the facilities from Pre-commissioning
* To plan Inspection and Integrity activities of Afungi Site to provide COMPANY with activities guidance that matches COMPANY objectives, budgets, and schedules
* To prepare the annual inspection budget and turnaround inspection budget and to ensure analysis and reporting of expenditures
* To prepare all special inspection activities in term of procedures, equipment and manpower
* To prepare and manage all inspection and QA/QC service contracts with technical input from site inspection, and to executes and ensure cost control of approved specialized contracts
* To ensure that all COMPANY facilities (plant and pipeline) conform at all time to COMPANY and statutory standards and subsequent inspection plans
* To analyse weekly/monthly reports prepared by the sections and to compile one monthly report
* To motivate, develop and evaluate the collaboraters under his/her supervision to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
* Retains, motivates, develops, and trains COMPANY's inspection team in order to obtain maximum performance
* To discuss with and set up objectives on an annual basis for the collaboraters under his/her supervision.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgy and/or Chemical Engineering or equivalent is highly recommended by COMPANY, with at least 15 years professional experience in oil & gas business and LNG
* Mastery in inspection method, technique & NDT
* Very good knowledge in corrosion & process equipment failure modes
* Very good knowledge on international inspection references, codes & standards
* High knowledge in inspection working management systems: SAP and FAME+ for RBI
* High knowledge in computer application & method
