The Role:
Our team provides specialist consultancy services to a range of clients within the public and private sector. We currently have a vacancy for a Management Consultant, to be based at our office in either Manchester or Warrington.
We offer a unique range of services differing from traditional construction consultancy services. Applicants will have the opportunity to gain experience in: Procurement Workplace Strategy, Estate Rationalisation, Performance Improvement, Project Planning and Implementation, Benefit Realisation, Risk Management and Investment Assurance and Monitoring within a range of sectors i.e. Healthcare, Industrial and Manufacturing, Local Authorities, Education and Blue-chip corporate clients.

You will have experience working in client facing situations with excellent communication skills, willing to take the lead with a desire to learn and develop new skills in a range of consultancy disciplines. You will have excellent planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
You will be degree qualified or equivalent and ideally hold or be working towards membership of a professional organisation such as CIPS, RICS or APM. Experience of project and programme governance and/or Prince 2 would be highly beneficial, as would an understanding of the built environment, procurements methods and project procedures. You will have experience of working within property/construction management or business management posts, gained within a consultancy or client organisation. You will have experience of working with MS office packages, specifically creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with the ability to learn new software.
