The Role:
Responsibilities:

* Robust commercial administration of on-site services sub-contracts in order to ensure the delivery of a cost effective and efficient service in line with defined requirements.
* Undertake site surveys, measure and re-measure methodologies and supervision of sub-contractor on-site activities. Allocating work to sub-contractors, managing variations, valuing and validating completed work and arranging payments in line with the terms of the sub-contract.
* Undertake cost analysis of works. Monitor delivery of sub-contractor services against agreed scopes of work to ensure cost is in line with forecast. Review and validate contractor estimates and applications for payment.
* Collate, analyse and develop detailed cost data / estimates & reports to support robust programme reporting requirements such as performance against budget and forecast spend reporting. Report cost savings/ cost avoidance.
* Construction of cost benefit models and analyse & drive cost reduction.
* Support and attend regular Programme and Finance reviews associated with the delivery of on-site service sub-contracts.
* Work collaboratively with sub-contractors to support the development, implementation and monitoring of effective supplier management and improvement processes.
* Supporting the on-going and consistent assessment of sub-contractor performance, managing and analysing monthly performance against agreed KPI's and any other measures.
* Support and attend Commercial / Contract and Programme meetings and negotiations with internal stakeholders and sub-Contractors as appropriate.
* Managing contractual opportunity & risk to ensure the delivery of business objectives & mitigation plans as appropriate.
* Preparation and agreement of interim and final accounts.
* Communicate with and provide good sound professional advice to other team members, where applicable.
* Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks.
* Compliance with all relevant security, health and safety requirements and any specific on-site regulations.
* Knowledge share from learning from experience.
* Facilitate with the flow of information
