The Role:
Advanced Systems Engineering (ASE) discipline oversees management of cyber-security and data integration processes related to systems belonging to Process Control Domain, which involves more than one hundred systems.
Responding to ASE Discipline Lead Engineer, the ASE Support Engineer supports ASE activities concerning the following two streams whose ASE is in charge of:
* Execution of BC-I-24 check sheets (Cyber-Security Policy compliancy check), including reverse engineering of non-connected P3 Packages.
* Punches clearance of systems belonging to Process Control Domain (TSC whole scope);

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Coordinate and follow-up involved Vendors to get required information to execute the BC-I-24 check sheets in accordance to Cyber-Security Policy for VENDORs.
* Coordinate and follow-up involved Vendors to lead punches closure for punches that are in the ASE discipline domain.
* Comply with corporate standards, client requirements, legislation and industry standards.
* Deliver high quality, safe and environmentally responsible discipline engineering solutions.
* Develop and maintain a schedule for assigned work scope and associated deliverables
* Advise Discipline Lead Engineer on resource requirements.
* Participate in the identification and control of work scope risks and opportunities.
* Manage procurement of permanent and/or temporary materials and equipment.
* Participate in formal and informal reporting to the assigned Discipline Lead on progress of engineering tasks and key issues.
* Assist Discipline Lead in the identification and development of Discipline Engineering Technical Notes and Guidelines.
* Show respect for subordinates and co-workers. Demonstrate a commitment to self- improvement and development of the project team.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications (Educational/Professional):
* Effective English - oral and written communication.
* IT Engineering Degree relevant to the discipline which is recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Knowledge/Skills:
* Knowledge of discipline engineering.
* IT professional proven skill.
* Information Systems architecture and network design capabilities.
* Very good capability in production of network diagrams of information systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT, network design engineering.
* Recommended experience in Information Systems applied to industrial environment (e.g. PLC, SCADA, DCS).
