The Role:
* Ensure allocated umbilical packages are delivered in accordance with project KPIs, HSE, quality, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements;
* Responsible for contributing to the high-level plan for execution of the project's umbilical scope of work;
* Ensure the agreed plan is followed and deadlines are met;
* Contribute in identifying Risks & Opportunities associated with umbilical packages and ensure mitigation plans are understood and monitored;
* Provide the primary interface between the (project management team) PMT, other group manufacturing units (MU) and third-party suppliers in the delivery of umbilical supply packages - including ancillary equipment and other materials - in accordance with group operating procedures and guidelines;
* Interface with client, engineering disciplines, MUs or suppliers and third-party agencies to ensure client and all other relevant specifications are correctly accounted for in manufacturing, testing and quality plans;
* Coordinate or originate project deliverable documentation and review such documents as required under the project review process in the execution plan;
* Supervise, review and expedite deliverables, progress of internal suppliers, and sub-contractors;
* Provide site support to assist with manufacturing, fabrication or construction activities;
* Attend meetings with clients, suppliers and / or consultants to assist with the resolution of technical, logistical and other project issues;
* Provide project and internal reporting as and when required;
* Promote Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental targets and objectives with a clear understanding of the Project QHSES objectives and responsibilities;
* Maintain good Client/Subcontractor relationships always.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* An Engineering degree / diploma or equivalent experience
* Sound knowledge and experience in Umbilical manufacturing process and procedures is essential
* Training in Project Management (or Introduction to) beneficial
* Knowledge of ISO and API / ANSI and other industry standards
* Sound ability to read engineering drawings and an understanding of current drafting conventions
* Demonstrated knowledge of interface management
* Demonstrated planning ability
* Commercial/contractual experience beneficial
* Application of ISO quality systems in manufacturing
* Offshore flexible pipeline or umbilical installation experience beneficial
* Ability to work across different work scopes whilst meeting dynamic schedules
* Demonstrates initiative, self-motivated and organised
* Have a strong sense of collaboration
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (in English).
