The Role:
Location: Chelmsford Business Park

]The candidate will need good administrative experience, ideally gained within a purchasing environment. There will be scope for the successful candidate to develop and take on more of a 'purchase buyer' role and increase responsibility.

Working in the purchasing department the responsibilities will include:
' For 2 x Managers
* Administration to complete directors expenses
* Book travel and arrange visa's for the purchasing team
* Book travel for purchasing team (support for other teams may be required)
* Arrange visa's

Purchasing
* Drive and coordinate the European and north American sourcing board
o Diarise meetings
o Prepare, collate and issue agendas
o Take minutes, issues actions and follow up and drive completion of actions
* Support the purchasing buyers and commodity buyers to gain quotes and information
* Helping to improve the efficiency of purchasing processes and documentation
