The Role:
* To support the Project Planning Team Lead in the coordination and preparation of all Project reporting and communications requirements to Project Management, GPO, Partners, Governments and other interested parties.

* To support the Lead Pipeline Planning Engineer and Pipeline Delivery Team working closely with the site construction Management in the analysis, verification and reporting of the Contractor's progress and the identification of potential issues to recommend corrective actions.
* Coordinates all project reporting requirements including to GPO, SD2 central team, Project Partners and Project PGM and maintains the Project reporting calendar.
* Coordinate and collate all of the information required to produce the monthly Project reporting requirements and deliver high quality reports including:
* HGA reports
* Partner Report
* Management Performance Reviews
* Delivery Leadership Team Performance Reviews & Dashboards
* Prepare and coordinate Partner reporting requirements and Partner Advisory Group meetings and materials
* Prepare and coordinate Weekly reporting requirements including:
o GPO Weekly Reporting
o Management Weekly Reporting
o Prepare and coordinate all ad hoc reporting requests e.g. for central reviews, IPA and others.
o Prepare and coordinate communications requirements as required e.g. project newsletters, town hall slides, project posters
o Reviews contractor reporting and ensures that it is in compliance with the contractual PCP.
o Ensures that reporting is in accordance with the GPO Project Planning and Scheduling Procedure and other GPO reporting guidance.
o Flags issues identified during report development.
* Work closely with the Pipeline Construction Contractor to ensure compliance with all Project Milestones, critical interfaces and adherence to the Project Control Procedure..
* Monitor the Contractor's progress and performance throughout the construction stage up to Start Up. Maintain records capable of alerting the Project of any adverse trends.
* Support Pipeline Lead Planning Engineer in maintenance of the MCS
* Provide input into 'what-if' studies for recovery of schedule delays.
* Input to the risk analysis reviews of the integrated Project schedule to highlight potential areas of high risk and uncertainty.
* Support the Lead Pipeline Planning Engineer in the preparation of presentation materials as and when required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Technical Qualification/ Degree preferred.
* Experience in both construction project environment and Oil and Gas Industry.
* Knowledge of computer based planning tools, e.g. Primavera / MS Project/ Microsoft suite e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communications skills and ability to work with those of different nationalities, disciplines and levels across the organisation.
* Experience of working with Activity Planning within AGT.
