Maintenance Delivery Lead

The Role:
Key accountabilities include:
* Work with the Support Engineers and Lead Discipline Technicians to deliver the maintenance schedule, including the scoping, estimation and execution of additional and emergent work.
* Facilitate and lead the work scope development for major maintenance items.
* Plan and deliver equipment/pipework repairs resulting from the inspection programme and identify the most efficient repair method, services and material requirements.
* Review miscellaneous work orders and identify the repair method, services and material requirements.
* Liaise with technicians, contractors and others to ensure efficient execution of maintenance work
* Work with the Support Engineers and Planning and Fabric Maintenance Coordinator to build the maintenance schedule and ensure resource optimisation
* Monitor implementation of contracts and support contractors in resolving issues on jobs for which they are the Single Point of Accountability (SPA).
* Ensure that any E&I and mechanical work interfaces are fully identified within any job for which they are the SPA.
* Plan and deliver equipment preparation, access and other requirements to enable inspection programmes to be carried out:
o Vessel and equipment inspections o Pipework and corrosion monitoring o Pipeline pigging and ILI.
* Plan and deliver disinvestment/reinvestment activities to support the well workover programme.
* Plan and deliver minor modification work as required
Skills and Competencies
* Broad experience across all maintenance disciplines.
* Proficient in the application of the principles of risk assessment and process safety management

* Proficient in the use of Maximo to plan work and record findings.
* High standards of workmanship, attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
* Proven team-working and influencing skills.
* Able to take strategic leadership role for assigned responsibilities.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
* Able to work effectively within discipline specific and multifunctional teams.
* Proficient in the use of control of work systems for executing work out on site

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Technical competence within a maintenance engineering discipline, recognised apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification (ONC preferred)
* Ten years relevant experience, at least five years within a petrochemical environment
