The Role:
An opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Decommissioning Team as an offshore Well Services Supervisor. This position has responsibility for the execution of all well decommissioning activities offshore in a safe and efficient manner.

This is a 12 month contract position and operates on 2 week on 2 week off shift rotation.

Key responsibilities include:

 Responsible for the execution of well decommissioning operations in accordance with the approved programme of work
 Interface with the offshore Well Site Engineer (WSE) to optimise the offshore activities
 Manage a team of well service contractors in a flexible, functional and open way that can fulfill business objectives
 Ensure that activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with company policy, procedures and statutory HSE requirements
 Ensure all well activities are undertaken in compliance with Well Operations Manual
 Ensure that well activities are undertaken in line with well procedures
 Identify any changes to the work programme that are required and manage the change with the WSE in accordance with the Perenco UK Management of Change procedure
 Ensure that certified, fit for purpose equipment is used to perform the work programme
 Demonstrate a full understanding and awareness of function and responsibilities in case of an emergency
 Co-ordinate tasks with the other team members on site to ensure safety requirements and targets are met in the appropriate manner
 Compliance with all health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice for all aspects of decommissioning operations
 Support a culture of safety awareness and compliance which is delivered through robust discipline
 Provide input to the daily progress report
 Contribute to project close out and lessons learned

Safety & Environmentally Critical Courses:
 IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control (Coiled Tubing/Snubbing/Wireline)

Experience & Personal Attributes:
 Significant experience in supervising offshore well operations
 Significant knowledge of the offshore well intervention activity, including wireline, slickline, cementing, and coiled tubing is essential
 Previous experience of well abandonment operations is advantageous but not essential
 Have a can do attitude, able to embrace a new approach to work activities and encourages others in the offshore project team to embrace change
 Strong, demonstrable leadership skills in order to lead the offshore well service team, provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Well Site Engineer
 Committed to safety improvement and protection of the environment

 IWCF Level 4 well control certificate

 Donut training
