The Role:
1. Support modifications on existing offshore facilities (key tasks will be allocated).
2. Accountable for assuring contractual / technical requirements are met as per AGREEMENT with EPC CONTRACTOR
3. Ability to read engineering specifications, design reports, data sheets and comment if necessary to be in line with project specific requirements.
4. Deliver SD Gates, supported by CONTRACTOR
5. Participates in QGPMS / IPR for BF Readiness (CER's etc), develop plan as per milestones
6. Technical support during the define and execute stages of the project including development of the temporary facilities scopes of work and specifications
7. Coordinate the different aspects of engineering and design in support of the project objectives.
8. Working with the COMPANY / CONTRACTOR and interfacing with other teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
9. Monitors progress in assigned areas and scopes and takes necessary actions to ensure timely completion of the work.
10. Coordinate and/or provide timely review of contractor's documents/deliverables.
11. Monitors and appraises contractors' organization, planning, execution and controls.
12. Supports BF PE to deliver PE's tasks and targets
13. Provides transition bridging between project stages (engineering and procurement to construction to completion to start up and handover to OPCO or "new projects").
14. Supports the process of capturing and communicating lessons learned for the project and ensuring that lessons learned are considered in construction phase of the project.
15. Attend into the project main reviews including project risk sessions such as What-If, HAZID, HAZOP, Model Reviews, Constructability Reviews, SIMOPS and work as focal point to close out the actions.
16. Delivers visible HSE leadership

The Company:
Our Client is the largest LNG producing company in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (MTA), safely and reliably delivering LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering is preferred. High Diploma with supporting experience may be considered.

* Eight (8) years specific involvement in engineering, design and construction in an Oil and Gas environment including experience with both offshore and onshore facilities. Experience working on both lump sum and reimbursable projects is preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.
* Good knowledge of Brownfield projects
* International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred.
