The Role:
Job Purpose
Support the implementation of the Interface Management System and processes to deliver a robust and effective interface management within the project. Lead the execution of interface agreements throughout the interface agreement lifecycle and facilitate, monitor and report on the effectiveness of Interface Agreement process with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and assure effective and efficient application of interface agreement management practices in support of project milestones.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
Responsible for the management of the Interface Management System (IMS) and processes to successfully implement and execute interface management deliverables within the Project. Supports and facilitates the approval of multiple technical Interface agreements with internal & external stakeholders (process an average of 1,000+ Interface agreements per year).
The prime intentions for the establishment of interface control is to ensure that the overall integrity of the facilities is maintained and that the interfacing parties fully understand their accountabilities and responsibilities.

Key Job Accountabilities

1.Execution and management of the interface management system and process within the project.
2.Prepare and report of the effectiveness of the IA process performance and suggest and implement improvements.
3."Right size" the application of the interface agreement process as appropriate.
4.Responsible for the maintenance of the project technical interface database, factual reporting IA status and actions to deliver and communicate to management as appropriate.
5.Lead and contribute in and IA Workshops on the interface agreement process with Company and Contractor to ensure compliance.
6.Manage and update the Interface Tracking Database, recording correspondence with internal and external parties and is managed to conclusion.
7.Develop guidelines, processes and procedures necessary to support and control the Interface Agreement process for project(s).
8.Manage information related to the interface agreement required to develop commercial agreements and similar.
9.Plan the interface work based upon project milestones and objectives.
10.Contribute to COMPANY Lessons Learned process.

Our Client is the largest LNG producing company in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (MTA), safely and reliably delivering LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Engineering Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
*10 year's experience in a major projects environment and/or operations and maintenance of hydrocarbon processing facilities, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Interface Agreement Management System, Process & Execution.

Technical and Business Skills
*Requires strong analytically, organisational and planning skills.
*Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate superior organization skills.
*Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Independent and able to initiate and recommend solutions encompassing various technical specialties.
*Computer literate, working application of Microsoft Office Suite
