The Role:
Key Responsibilities
1. Determine, uphold and inspire safety, health, environment and security performance for all fabrication activities during the execution of the work scope via demonstrable safety
Leadership, compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures and policies in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
2. Review and input to FEED contractor transportation and installation planning activities for NFPS Compression in accordance with agreed quality, schedule and budget.
3. Directs work in full compliance with Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System
4. Provide input to transportation and installation studies during FEED
5. Participate in FEED Constructability reviews, Construction Work Package planning and transportation and installation requirement for EPC ITT bids.
6. Maintain strong interaction Project Management Team (PMT) and alignment with PMT and Operations on fabrication plans, needs, objectives, and requirements.
7. Develop effective relationships with contractor, stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and agreement on overall fabrication activities including interface agreements, execution plans and assesses contractor capability ensuring PMT or other technical support is available to address gaps.
8. Responsible for encompassing previous lessons learned and capturing and communicating new lessons learned.
9. Cooperates with review teams and supports post-audit activities with respect to contract administration and subcontracting process improvements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* 20+ years' experience in oil and gas industry with at least 5 years' at Senior Transportation and Installation roles, having overall responsibility for Installation activity execution and oversight.
* Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to marine transportation operations and offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning, together with knowledge of offshore facilities and structures.
* Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds
* Large Float-over experience, Several float-over installations, preferably heavy ones >20MT
