The Role:
Deputy Fabrication Manager is responsible for ensuring that foundation supply is completed in accordance to requirements, and delivered to the Project Manager. In addition, The Deputy Fabrication manager will participate in the project management team, together with the Project Manager, Foundation Engineering Manager and Foundation Installation Manger in order to ensure excellent project execution.


Responsibilities::
-Lead daily administration of the fabrication contracts
-Conduct fabrication meetings with suppliers
-Handle fabrication communication, technical queries and reports.
-Supervise 3rd party and consultant inspectors
-Ensure work is carried out according to QAQC plan.
-Coordinate interface with design and installation
-Progress reporting
-Ensure HSE is of high standard on the project.
-Review ITPs, method statements and technical procedures from supplier.
-Assess manufacturing capability, including identification of manufacturing process CTQ's

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
More than 5 Years of experience needed in wind farm or offshore fabrication
Experience with fabrication of windfarm foundations preferred also jackets or experience from fabrication of oil and gas installations.
Experience with welding. Preferred IWS/IWT / CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent certified welding inspector
Experience with NDT level 3 (MT, PT, VT, UT, RT)
Experience with painting - FROSIO/NACE level 2 or 3.
Fluent in Korean and English
