The Role:
The Role: On the Company's behalf, the Rigless Wellsite Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing Contractor personnel and equipment and ongoing wellsite operations. This includes coordinating, mobilizing, and executing the day to day coiled tubing, fracturing, wireline, production testing, slickline, well surveillance, general well servicing, and other related operations.
Responsibilities:
* On site COMPANY representative and responsible person for wellsite operations.
* Ensure HSE guidelines are fully addressed and implemented in all stages of well site operations.
* Use risk and hazard management techniques to ensure that all significant risks are eliminated or reduced as defined in risk assessments and hazard identification.
* Ensure that HSE policies are followed and that the well site operations are in compliance with company and government HSE requirements. Encourage a positive and proactive HSE culture at the wellsite.
* Host and attend pre-job safety meetings (PJSM), review contractors Job safety Analysis (JSA) and conduct the adequate safety drills
* Support the investigation of any incidents occurring on assigned rigs and ensure that the underlying causes are identified and followed-up to avoid re-occurrence.
* Mobilise all required equipment and materials to avoid down time or delay in operation
* Follow the well procedures and manage any required changes in the work program in accordance with the Management of Change procedures
* Ensure a qualified data is collected and reported to concerned parties in timely manner
* Maintain frequent contact with the Site management team to update the ongoing well site operations.
* Prepare the daily well site operations reports and the final operations reports to the required standard highlighting the failures, successes and lessons learned.
* Closely monitor the service providers performance with emphasis on service providers quality of work, safety compliance and job tickets accuracy
* Assist in monitoring expenditure progress against AFE and report as required to HMD management
* Communicates with service company representatives to resolve, operational problems and to identify opportunities performance improvement.
* Occasional office work as needed. Planning, logistics, and procedure writing/review is also required between campaigns.
* Assist when required with rig based completion activities
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Valid IWCF level 4 (supervisor) prior to commencing the job.
* 10+ years of operations experience in rigless operations and/or completions. This experience requirement must have a portion with a major oil company operating at international standards.
* Field experience must include significant coiled tubing and fracturing operations.
* Skilled with Microsoft office; word and excel
* Relevant degree or college diploma.
* Proficient in the English language
