The Role:
The production Administrator role will involve a inputting on the SAP system

Duties include
* Arranging deliveries of the stock
* Arranging collections
* Making sure all reports are up to date
* Raising PO's (for 3rd party and internally)
* Collating and filing all proof of deliveries
* Liaising internally with other departments i.e. logistics, service
* General admin duties - filing, stationary purchasing, diversion of calls, team administration etc

The Product Administrator role would suit someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment before with a warehouse/factory facility on site
Training for the position will be given for a reasonable period but experience is necessary

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidates have initiative, be enthusiastic, punctual and H&S conscious. Must be able to report anything or help to improve on H&S practices. Must be flexible to do overtime if required.
