The Role:
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to cover sickness for a period of up-to 3 months. The role is based in Roman Way, Coleshill, B46
The Warehouse Administrator will be required to accurately input and check goods received notes.
Update reports and order sheets.
Raise PO's (for 3rd party and internally)
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for maintaining stock levels in order to support production requirements , many of which are short lead time and fast moving requirements
Experience of working in a small team , managing Inventory Levels whilst liaising both with Internal Production Team and External Suppliers.
The Warehouse Administrator will run reports using a variety of software (Excel & SAP)
Deal with incoming and outgoing customer orders
Assist with general administrative duties as instructed by the Manager.
Collating and filing all proof of deliveries
Handling telephone calls.
Warehouse Administrator will provide general admin support - (filing, stationary purchasing, diversion of calls, team administration etc.)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As an experienced Warehouse Administrator you will have a good level of education
Experience of using MS Office Suite (Word / Excel & Outlook) and SAP
Able to work as part of a team and independently
A flexible can-do attitude
Good attention to detail
Strong numeracy skills
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within warehouse/production administration position
