The Role:
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Production Administrator to work closely with Production Manager and the production team, dealing with the commercial aspects of a busy warehouse facility.

Duties to undertake but not limited to:
* Accurately inputting and checking of goods received notes.
* Updating reports and order sheets.
* Raising PO's (for 3rd party and internally)
* Run reports using a variety of software (Excel & SAP)
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing customer orders
* Arranging deliveries of the stock
* Arranging collections
* Assisting with general administrative duties as instructed by the Manager.
* Collating and filing all proof of deliveries
* Handling telephone calls.
* General admin duties - filing, stationary purchasing, diversion of calls, team administration etc

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Good level of Education - GCSE/A-Level's (minimum).
* Excellent collaboration skills, but also the ability to work independently
* Experience of Inventory / Stock itemising / Ordering
* Experience of using MS Office Suite (Word / Excel & Outlook) and SAP
* A flexible can-do attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Strong numeracy skills
* A sense of pride in a job well done
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within warehouse/production administration position.
