The Role:
Sourcing suitable candidates for both temporary and permanent vacancies for clients associated with the BU. Should be encouraged to build strong relationships with any candidates placed for networking and information gathering purposes and where possible conduct an introductory site visit with a more senior member of staff. Should be aiming to identify 'marketable' candidates to be passed onto more senior colleagues and also looking for BD opportunities, again to be followed up by a more appropriate person.

To source and pre-qualify a pool of skilled, assessed, referenced and motivated contractors to meet the recruitment needs of existing and prospective new clients;
To ensure Fircroft candidates receive the highest level of support from recruitment through to submission and eventual placement.

To support the recruitment team to ensure that client vacancies are filled in a timely and reliable manner through submission of carefully selected and appropriate candidates;
Responsible for on-going support to candidate throughout the life of the assignment.

To identify marketable candidates than can be submitted on spec to existing or prospective Clients. To look out for and pass on information regarding projects, Client wins or potential new business to relay to the recruitment Manager.

To uphold the Company Values at all times when engaging with customers, clients, staff and local communities. Responsible for complying with quality procedures and company health safety and environmental policies.

Search and Selection
a) Searching and sourcing candidates via RMS, external Job Boards and Networking
b) Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies.
c ) Sourcing CV's for the Recruitment Team

a) Maintenance of adverts on internal and external websites to ensure attraction of candidates as necessary
b) Job Boards maintenance
c) Enquiries - creation and upload of enquiry adverts

Sales and Business Development
a) Generating leads and potential sales, passing leads to appropriate colleagues
b) Highlighting potential business development opportunities to the Recruitment Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
6 months Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
Confident on the Telephone
