The Role:
My client seeks to hire an Inspection and Asset Integrity Lead. The successful candidate will be the functional expert on the Inspection and Integrity Management of Facilities and will use their broad and extensive knowledge to develop, establish and assure the relevant Operations and Standards.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cross asset overview and assurance of Inspection and Asset Integrity Management status across all operated & non-operated assets in accordance with a relevant assurance plan.
- Inspection and Asset Integrity Management review meetings with Business Units and Contractors as required.
- Being the Technical Authority for Inspection and Integrity, providing direction on Inspection and Asset Integrity Management processes, systems, equipment and change.
- Owning the Inspection and Asset Integrity Management Risk Register and contribute to the Group Operations Risk Register.
- Developing a competency management framework for those involved in Inspection and Asset Integrity Management.
- Providing guidance, support and mentorship to staff, within operations, involved in this area.
- Participating and taking responsibility for other operational activities.

You will be an experienced Integrity and Inspection professional having worked on various assets in the Upstream environment,
You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

- An excellent understanding of the principles of Quality Management and the relevant Industry Standards.
- A Chartered Engineer, or membership of an internationally recognized Charter body.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Risk Based Inspection & Inspection databases.
- Up to date with Inspection & Integrity Technology and current best practice/innovation.
- Ability to analyse data from various sources and present accurate reports and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with multiple functional and BU teams.
- Significant stakeholder management & influencing experience.
