The Role:
6 months contract
Loving, NM

Key Accountabilities:
* Perform a wide range of office duties in a fast-paced environment, dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Able to prioritize and be flexible.
* Professionally interact and collaborate with company personnel and external business contacts.
* Coordinate Document Records Management compliance.
* Support Human Resource (HR) with "on-boarding" process and materials for new incoming employees including office procedures, ergonomic evaluation, desk and office equipment, arranging initial safety training, badging, and other support as appropriate including office move coordination.
* Provide backup support to the Facility Coordinator.
* Provide backup support for fleet management.
* Provide backup support for company housing assignments.
* Wellness Ambassador for Facility Wellness Team, flu shot clinic, biometric screenings.
* Manage meeting services for the site to include conference room booking and catering.
* Maintain Safety Leadership Seminar program including schedule and registration.
* Assist with employee recognition program including ordering and stocking gifts and awards.
* Handle customer special orders, printer repairs, specialty office supplies.
* Assist on special projects as necessary (special mail outs, desk drops, etc.).
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the site including distribution, in a timely accurate manner.
* Operations/Projects support responsibilities may include:
o Build daily production sheet for multi-skill operators (MSOs)
o Build weekly production reports for Leadership Team
o Build monthly well test reports for MSOs
o Enter down wells into loss production reporting system (LPRS) weekly
o Build EOM Superintendent Safety Review PPT
o Enter Prometheus Measurement Points

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
* Entry level, typically 1-3 years of experience.
* Provides technical and/or administrative support.
* Demonstrates the ability to learn terminology, applications and standard procedures for performing the job function.
* Proficient (perform the skill with limited assistance) with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Performs routine, basic office/field tasks using established procedures.
