The Role:
Job duties/functions include, but are not limited to:

* Front desk operations including greeting members, data input of new member registration information, answering phones, fielding questions.
* Facility operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Safety evacuation procedures and responding to emergencies if or when necessary
* Floor coverage - walking through cardio, strength floors and tidying up lose equipment, ensuring members are following the proper mitigation protocols which includes, social distancing, PPE, screening, and equipment modifications. Also, reporting safety issues and inputting work order request when needed.
* Weekend facility coverage and new member orientations
* Assisting staff with miscellaneous tasks throughout transition period

Basic/Required:

* Current CPR, First Aid and AED certification
* Must be able to work a flexible work schedule between 5:30am-7:30 pm, Monday through Friday and some weekend hours during the transition period of October 2020 - April 2021.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* 1+ year work experience

* Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
* Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
* Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results

Position Comments:
Basic/Required:
* Current CPR, First Aid and AED certification
* Must be able to work a flexible work schedule between 5:30am-8:00pm, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays during the transition period August - December 2018.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* 1+ year work experience

* Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right
* Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
* Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
