The Role:
Act as Completions Technical Specialist for the Development Wells.
Ensure all HSE standards are adhered to as per legislation and OGUK Guidelines: working within the Well Engineering Management System (WEMS), Interface Document with Rig Contractor / 3rd Party, Drilling Programme, OGUK Guidelines, HSE Operating Guidelines
Ensure that objectives for the well are fully met as per the pre-determined Well Management Programme and manage any management of change (MOC) with regard to the programme
Oversee creation of the asset's main completions operations programmes
Provide technical discipline expertise to support Supply Chain on all ITT's and contractual issues related to the asset
Provide technical discipline expertise to support HS&E and QAQC for all safety and equipment issues concerning the asset
Oversee project teams and liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure that all objectives are understood and met.
Oversee service providers to ensure objectives and interfaces align with a seamless transition between the various phases of any well work
Prepare Master Equipment Lists for each well, identify long-leads and liaise with Company Supply Chain to ensure items ordered with delivery in a timely manner to avoid operational delays.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 (Intervention Pressure Control) certification.
Valid Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET).
Valid medical certification.
Demonstrable experience of North Sea completions operations including the running of completions from an HDJU in the SNS.
Demonstrable experience of working within high performing teams and delivering projects and/or wells to schedule.
Gravel packing experience.
Heavy duty jack up along with preparation of rigs for operations
Cleans ups/Well tests
