The Role:
* Maintain daily well cost trackers for all wells in the Catcher development and communicate daily well cost to drilling team
* Maintain the JV ledger for all costs posted and input monthly accruals to Sun, reflecting vowd as per drilling tracker (to be signed off by drilling engineer)
* Working with the drilling engineer, prepare and update AFE`s and current, forecasts, input to Project reports and BUR & forecasting process, so that there is only one data set of numbers
* Advise the drilling department of finance codes for requisitions, goods/service receipts and invoices to ensure the JV ledger is kept consistent with AFE`s by Finance codes
* Prepare well reconciliations for control and JV audit purposes, in compliance with the UK Oil Industry SOAP for well costs and materials
* Advise, request and co-ordinate resources within shared accounting services to ensure that the Finance function provides an effective integrated accounting service to the drilling and the materials functions
* Maintain up to date cost code structure in SUN and Maximo for the Catcher wells Advise drilling and support departments of current well cost codes for PO's and timewriting.
* Documentation of current and proposed workflows for the Catcher drilling, materials, logistics and inventory processes.
