The Role:
Part time role 16-20 hours per week - flexible over hours between Monday-Thursday. Individual could come into the office 2 days per week, or split hours across 4 days.

HR department - HR experience preferable but not essential

General administration support including preparation of employee communications, contracts, letters, etc.
Maintain electronic files to defined criteria.
Maintain employee records within HR Information System. Must be competent with the management of sensitive personal information which requires a high degree of integrity, confidentiality and accuracy.
Booking and arranging training courses for staff maintaining low cost options, through the use of Maximo.
Routine reporting for HR Advisors and Manager.
Stand in for HR Assistants during periods of absence.
Any reasonable administrative request from HR Team.
Ideal candidate must have significant demonstrable experience of working in a similar role with HR, with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and sensitivity.
Candidate to have advanced IT skills, in particular an ability to understand HR IS systems and their application.
