The Role:
Key Accountabilities
1 Managing the development of fully functional Operation Business system in line with POMS
2 Responsible for overall co-ordination of all PMO Operational activities carried out on the Catcher FPSO in conjunction with the PMO Vessel Rep.
3 Work closely with Catcher HSE, Subsea, Chemical, Wells, Metering and Sub-Surface teams to ensure :
Compliance with all Catcher PMO legislative responsibilities
Optimised production, water injection and gas export
4 Be responsible for EUETS record keeping, reporting and compliance with maintenance schedules for all identified EUETS equipment.
5 Facilitate communications to the Catcher Platform and co-ordinate support resources.
4 Be responsible for compilation and timely production of all Catcher Operational Reporting
6 Provide Process Engineering input to onshore fault finding or optimisation exercises
7 Understand the Services Agreement (the 'Contract') with BWO in place for operation of the Catcher FPSO
8 Regular visits to Catcher for POMS audits etc

Major Challenges
Outsourced duty holder means large parts of the role are influencing rather than directly instructing.

Contribute to Production budget build and OPEX expenditure.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in Chemical/Process Engineering or a similarly related qualification

Candidate Profile (include Skills & Experience, Attributes, Behaviours)
Skills / experience:
* Broad experience working on offshore in the UKCS in a production capacity.
* Previous experience working onshore in a similar or related role
Knowledge (e.g. systems, software, procedures, regulations):
* Safety Case, Verification, Operations, Performance standards.
Attributes and behaviours:
* Communicates effectively and appropriately with a variety of stakeholders including external partners, teams, colleagues and contacts.
* Maintains working relationships with existing partners. Works effectively within a team or work group as appropriate.
