The Role:
The Role:
* Provide geophysical interpretation and support to the UKBU for field development, subsurface mapping, reservoir modelling, well planning and seismic acquisition. Provide technical input into Field Development plans and Reservoir Management plans as required.

Key Accountabilities
* Subsurface mapping and the integration of seismic data with geological, well and production data to develop fit-for-purpose subsurface depth structure maps, structural interpretations and reservoir quality predictions to be provided as input for reservoir models.
* Integration of relevant geophysical data, including interpretations, rock physics models and 4D data, leading to the identification and maturation of in-field and near-field drilling targets and production improvement opportunities.
* Provision of geoscience interpretation and support during well planning and the operational phase of development drilling.
* Work closely with other specialists within the fields of reservoir engineering, geology and petroleum engineering in a multi-discipline team approach to reservoir development and production optimisation.
* Active participation in relevant external reviews, JV meetings and other ad-hoc technical meetings, representing Premier as operator.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Extensive experience as a development geoscientist with an E&P Operator working on operated field development projects and producing assets.
* Strong interpretive geophysical skills including classical seismic interpretation, structural geology, seismic attribute analysis, rock physics, depth conversion and well-tie analysis.
* Experience in building structural frameworks for geological reservoir modelling (e.g. Petrel).
* Experience in recognising shortcomings in seismic datasets and recommending, planning and optimising seismic acquisition and processing projects to address these.
* Geological operations and well planning experience, coupled with a good understanding of drilling and production operations.
* Experience of 4D seismic acquisition and interpretation, and working with reservoir engineers, integration of this data with simulation models.
* Experience of managing seismic processing projects.

* A degree in Geophysics, Geology or a related discipline.
