The Role:
To support the UKBU Drilling Manager and the Wells teams within the Operated and Non-Operated Wells Business Unit. Also support the UKBU Facilities Engineering Manager and UKBU Subsurface Manager as specified in details below.

Specifically for UKBU Drilling Manager
a) Benchmarking and Performance duties:
* Track NPT Data for each well, as required.
* Assist, facilitate and conduct performance analysis as and when required by UKBU and Corporate function.
* Collate End of Well Reports and distribute accordingly.
* Complete Rushmore submissions on a quarterly basis for the DPR, CPR and APR as required.
* Main contact for Rushmore Reviews; and participate with all areas of their Annual Review meetings on behalf of Premier.
* Coordinate, monitor and facilitate the completion of CASMAX competency profiles for technical personnel onshore and offshore. (Note: This may apply to UKBU Subsurface Manager & Facilities Engineering Manager once in place)
* Coordinate and monitor the competency database for Wells and Subsurface personnel, and Engineering Technical Authorities.
* Coordinate and facilitate the Sawmax testing process.
* Ensure all new Wells personnel receive a copy of the DMS and acknowledge that they must comply with the relevant company business practices, procedures and standards as per the DMS.

b) DDR Reporting System:
* Review and QC daily drilling reports and correct if necessary.
* Assist with activity analysis and presentation of operational performance as and when required, e.g. TDC and NCR's.
* Main point of contact and super user for IDS data reporting providing support as and when required. Facilitates the development of the Premier IDS site to meet business requirements.
* Collate information and prepare weekly HSE summaries as and when required.
* Project coordinator and facilitator for the Lessons Learned database within IDS, maintaining database and any updates required. Focal point and support on LL database for other BU's and Global Drilling Manager.

c) Document and Data Preparation:
* Prepare well schematics, including editing changes and main focal point for Completions Manager software.
* Prepare and complete Well data for OGA Stewardship survey, ready for submission annually.
* Maintain and update Producing and Suspended wells summary folder, DMS and UKBU Procedure & Guideline Manuals.
* Primary contact for the WONS portal.
* Maintain the well suspension and abandonment database, submitting well suspension applications via WONS portal, as required.
* Maintain WONS status sheets and other well inventory sheets - ensuring in line with POUK WIST.
* Maintain and manage the drilling electronic filing system, including Global EOWR's from Well Examiner and other external documentation.
* Author and reviewer of UKBU Training and Competency Procedure and UKBU Lessons Learned Procedure.
* Update and coordinate distribution of document updates to DMS Library as per notifications from IHS Markit Engineering Workbench. Primary contact and facilitator of IHS Markit EWB for wider BU.
* Facilitator of Directional Survey data, coordinating QA/QC process and transfer to Compass. Also focal point and support for other BU's and Global Drilling Manager.
* Assist in preparing and updating the monthly drilling schedule as required.
* Assist with administration of SafeWells.

d) Technical Assistant Support duties:
* Named requisitioner for all three disciplines- includes raising requisitions for one off PO's, call offs, and contract and PO amendments.
* Coordinating and organizing Training, Crew Engagements, Team Builds, Workshops and other Project/Function based events.
* Coordination and arranging meetings internally and externally.
* Morning call video conference set up and liaising with IT on issues related to this, as required.
* Support recording actions in meetings and preparation of minutes as and when required.
* Administration of travel requests. Approved travel booker, adhering to Premier's travel policy and process.
* Coordinate and issue the drilling duty rota and contact lists.
* Coordinate and facilitate the new start induction process.
* Coordinate updates and development of the Premier Connect sites, in accordance with business requirements.
* Facilitate requirements for, and renewals of, subscriptions and licences.
* Produce ad-hoc reports, presentations and documents as required and assist with preparation of PowerPoint/Excel/Word Documents
* Other general administrative support for the functional team and project teams e.g. submitting expenses, management whereabouts, updating contact lists and organograms, maintaining stationery supplies etc.

e) In addition, provide other general TA / PA support to Group Drilling Function, where required.

Major Challenges
Prioritising work fronts.
Liaising between different Assets, Functions & Discipline teams within the UKBU and supporting multiple teams.
Accuracy of data
Liaising with legislative bodies specifically OGA/DBEIS during WONs applications
