The Role:
Summary of Project:
- The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

-Manages President's calendar in Outlook.
-Schedules all meetings to include conference room logistics, pre-read materials, catering, visitors, Teleconference and Video Conference calls.
-Coordinates with IT to keep all systems running.
-Coordinates domestic and international travel logistics (aircraft travel, hotels, ground transportation, visas, passports, shot records, and detailed itineraries with logistical details including pre-reads).
-Works closely with key groups by identifying dates for Leadership Team, Town Hall, meetings, etc.
-Handles all the logistics including booking conference rooms, setting up catering, Teleconference or Video Conference and ensures that pre-read is sent/received in a timely manner.
-Is responsible for Expense reporting in CTREX and monthly Travel and P-Card reconciliation.
-Coordinates events for the President.
-Works on special projects as needed, including researching specific inquiries from internal and external parties.

Required Qualifications:
Must have 10 years of experience
-Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
-Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
-Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.
-Expert ability in event planning, budgeting, etc.
-Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
-Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

-Associate Degree
