The Role:
* Assess, package and support transition of transactional and basic reporting activities from Finance Business Partners to co-located A&R teams
* Oversee the five year plan, two year budget and monthly forecast processes for all petroleum assets, in the areas of revenue, FS&D, marketing overheads and trade working capital
* Develop strong relationships with Petroleum Marketing Unit (including Sr. managers across Strategy & Planning, Transportation/Technical, Sales Operations and respective teams across Americas and APAC regions)
* Partner with other key sub functions (including other FBPs, tax, accounting/reporting, treasury, investment/evaluations, etc.) to help progress initiatives and provide well rounded support to key stakeholders
* Initiate and lead cross-functional projects and initiatives related to revenue, FS&D
* Ability to problem solve, identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives through to successful implementation.
* Ability to work towards deadlines, think in longer term horizons and project manage; business partnering experience preferred
* Develop and improve upon complex optimization models that support strategic, long term planning initiatives
* Collaborate with co-located A&R teams to ensure the integrity of the reporting (performance and management) being produced by them
* Coach key stakeholders in financial knowledge and use of information systems to better understand implications of decision making
* Continuously assist with risk and range analysis to drive analytical excellence
* Analyze internal and external data to assist Petroleum Marketing Unit in establishing key financial benchmarks and target setting
* Challenge the Petroleum Marketing Unit in decision-making process and proposes viable options

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, reporting, business partnering or risk management
* Experience preparing budgets and forecasts, management reports and commentary.
* Strong analytical and modeling skills, with exposure to finance and Petroleum being preferred
* Ability to work to deadlines, possess strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience will be preferred
