RF citizenship

Higher education, fluent English.
Excellent PC knowledge.
Experience in the claimed quality is required.

Providing administrative support for the department. Be a contact person in the department.

Implement travel arrangements for staff upon request.

Assistance in translations, organization of translation of documents upon request. Compliance with the training plan for the department staff.

Preparation of electronic applications. Preparation of weekly and other reporting. Organization of meetings, conference calls, room reservation for negotiations. Preparation of documentation and presentations on request.

Control of documentation, records, workflow. Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Organizing and maintaining archiving of documents in the department on electronic and paper media.

Execution of orders of the head.

Implementation of duties in a proper manner and in accordance with labor laws. Attendance of all seminars and training programs, including self-training of online training programs identified by the Company as mandatory for all employees.

Fulfillment of duties, following the rules of labor protection and safety, timely informing the head of any incidents, injuries or threats to them in the workplace, which the employee witnessed.
