Our Client is the biggest Oil and Gas Company.

We are looking for a expatriate working as the Execution Reliability Specialist.
Location - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, rotation (28/28)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Wells Team Quality Plan in accordance with the Company's Quality Management System, including quality expectations for Drilling Service Contractors.
Oversee and coordinate tool and equipment preparations/inspections to include, but not limited to, disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, pressure testing, and function testing of service tools and equipment, and ensures proper procedures are followed (e.g. quality plans and PMITP's).
Coordinate equipment and service failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action identification and implementation.
Provide support of assessment of new and existing local goods and service contractors in Russia.
Perform statistical analysis of well operations non-productive time and provide updates as needed to Wells Management Team.
Coordinate Wells ERS Team activities, providing mentorship and technical training to new team members, and driving completion of team initiatives.
Support Wells Team procurement for establishing quality specification requirements for new and existing contracts.
Steward Service Contractor development and implementation of Services Quality Plans and equipment Preventative Maintenance, Inspection and Test Program (PMITP).
Perform quality management system and capability assessments of potential Service Contractors
Address daily QA/QC issues in support of Wells Engineering and Operations Teams

Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a recognized institution or at least 10 years of experience in a quality-related field with 5 years of experience in oilfield related work.
Thorough knowledge of sound quality assurance practices. Abreast of best practices and latest technology in meeting minimum industry standards and specifications (such as API Standards, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ASNT, NACE, etc.) for manufacturing, inspecting, transporting, installing, maintaining and storing oilfield equipment.
Knowledge of ASNT inspection practices.
Knowledge of T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections.
Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Assessor Course.
Experience and knowledge of oilfield Drilling and Completions Engineering or Operations.
Experience with Rig Equipment and related operations.
Strong self-motivation and ability to influence others without authority (Drill Team, Quality Team, and Service Providers).
Must display good organizational skills (programs, priorities, sharing/balancing the load).
Excels in communication and business writing skills. Computer software literate.
