The Role:

Ensure timely analysis of purchasing demands and seamless execution of materials replenishment process in SAP for respective producing facilities in accordance with all applicable inventory management guidelines and adopted best practices.

Continuously monitor movements of materials to/from warehouse and liaise with sites to explain any unusual postings / increases in the levels of inventory on hands.

Utilize relevant IPES reports; exercise good judgment and use all reasonable effort to monitor and avoid potential overstocks / regretted purchases on a daily basis.Participate in periodic inventory count events at remote sites.Participate in materials' stocking parameters review on an ongoing basis; use applicable tools and software to review recommendations on stocking parameter changes.Develop and implement local procedures and manuals. Steward unit's performance indicators and be able to explain any variances.Provide on-the-job trainings and guidance on inventory management processes and requirements to internal clients from other functionsReconcile balance sheet accounts. Work closely with company Controller's to ensure timely closeout of any outstanding items.Participate in the month end reconciliation of bulks (fuel, base oil) stocks.Ensure clear line of sight on daily activities / provide regular updates to immediate supervisor on the progress of special projects and non-routine activities.Set the highest ethics and performance standard. Demonstrate willingness to learn new and continuously improve.dentify inventory and process optimization opportunities.Perform other duties as may be required and determined by the immediate supervisor.Attend all mandatory training programs and seminars, including computer-based programs.Perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries,near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others' working places if witnessed.
